GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 SCOPE
The general conditions of sale (hereinafter GTC) apply to all orders placed on the online store of the www.jfsgravure.ch sites (hereinafter online store). The online store is managed by JFS Gravure.
JFS Engraving reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The version of the GTC in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be modified unilaterally for this order.
2 PERSONAL DATA
JFS Gravure undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the customer on the online store and to treat them according to legal obligations. The customer's data will only be used for the processing of orders, deliveries and invoicing.
The customer undertakes to provide the personal information necessary for the management of his order (for delivery and invoicing). These must be correct, valid and up-to-date. The information relating to his identification and password must be kept secret by the customer.
3 ORDERS
The online store allows you to order a selection of products of various brands via the internet.
3.1 RESTRICTIONS
JFS Engraving accepts orders from customers from SWITZERLAND only.
The customer must be at least 18 years old, and be legally capable of contracting and using the www.jfsgravure.ch sites in accordance with the GTC.
3.2 ORDER PROCESS
Once the desired product is selected, it is placed in the shopping cart by the Add to cart button. The customer can then continue his selection of items, modify his shopping cart or continue the ordering process and pay.
For each product selected on the site, a summary page is displayed with the description of the product (color, size, references), the quantity chosen, the unit price and the total price of the order. The customer must check the accuracy of the selection before confirming the order.
During the validation of the order, the customer must confirm that he accepts the GTC in force on the day of the order.
Once the order is validated and paid, it is sent to JFS engraving for processing. The customer then receives order confirmation information by e-mail.
4 PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs displayed on the online store are faithful to the original products, variations may occur. Consequently, JFS Engraving can not be held responsible in case of inaccuracy of the photographs of the products appearing on the site, the latter not entering the contractual field.

5 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
JFS Engraving attaches great importance to displaying the most up-to-date availability on the online store. Due to stock or delivery issues, however, there may be delays in delivery. For this reason, all availability information is indicative and can be changed at any time.
In case of unavailability of a product after the customer has placed his order, JFS Gravure informs him by e-mail and then offers him to receive the product ordered later, to order another item presented on the site as a replacement or to cancel his order. In case of cancellation of the order, the customer is refunded within thirty days if the bank account has been debited.
6 CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the order by JFS Gravure. This confirmation is sent to the customer after he has validated his order by pressing the confirm button. The order confirmation e-mail does not contain confirmation that the product can actually be delivered, it only informs the customer that the online shop has received his order and that the contract has therefore been concluded.
JFS Engraving assumes no responsibility for the fact that an ordered product can no longer be delivered due to lack of available stocks, additional supply or production, or that the price indication is erroneous.
JFS Engraving remains free to remove or modify the offer of the products offered, at its sole discretion and at any time.
7 PRIZES
Prices shown are in Swiss francs, net amounts. JFS Engraving reserves the right to change prices without notice and at any time. However, the products will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order.
Selling prices do not include delivery costs. The amount of the delivery costs is added to the selling price and is displayed in the order summary.
8 PAYMENT
8.1 PAYMENT METHODS
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
By placing an order with JFS Gravure, the customer expressly authorizes JFS Gravure to check its creditworthiness with third party organizations.
Payment for the order can be made by credit card (American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa or Visa Electron), by PayPal, Postfinance, by bitcoin or by payment slip within 30 days.
In case of payment by credit card, the debit is made at the time of the order.
In case of payment by payment slip, JFS Engraving reserves the right to request that the order be paid before proceeding with the shipment.
8.2 LATE PAYMENT
Unpaid amounts when ordering must be paid immediately or within a maximum of 30 days. JFS Gravure may stop delivering any other deliveries to the customer who has not fulfilled his payment obligations.
In the event of a reminder for late payment, an administrative fee will be automatically charged. These costs amount to CHF 20.- (twenty francs) in the event of a second reminder.
8.3 RETENTION OF TITLE
The products ordered remain the property of JFS Gravure until they have been paid for in full.
9 DELIVERY
9.1 DELIVERY AREAS
The delivery area of the products ordered on the online shop is limited to SWITZERLAND.
9.2 DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the order, depending on the weight of the order and the shipping method (economic or priority). Differences may arise between the shipping costs paid by the customer and the actual shipping costs depending on the size of the package.
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the amount of the order is less than CHF 150.-
9.3 DELIVERY
When the package is sent, the customer receives an e-mail informing him.
It is possible that no documents are attached to the package. The invoice can be retrieved from the online shop in the My Account section. A copy is also sent by e-mail with the validation of the order.
10 CUSTOMER'S DUTY TO CONTROL
The customer must inspect the products within five days of receipt and immediately notify JFS Engraving of any defect or damage to the product. If the product has a defect, the customer must keep it in the condition in which he received it, i.e. in its original packaging, and does not have the right to use it until JFS Engraving contacts him.
In the event of findings of a non-apparent defect, the customer must, immediately upon discovery, notify JFS Engraving of this defect. The customer will be deprived of his rights in case of late notice.
11 WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
All products sold by JFS Engraving, with the exception of wear parts, are warranted for one year after delivery or collection from the store.
For the sake of clarity, the warranty granted does not cover defects resulting from accident, mishandling, improper use or unauthorized modification or repair, as well as defects that are the consequence of normal wear and tear over time of the products. In addition, JFS Gravure declines all responsibility in the event of defects resulting from the aforementioned causes.
To assert a warranty, the customer must return, at his own expense, the defective product to JFS Engraving accompanied by the purchase invoice. If the product is under warranty, the return of the product to the customer is supported by JFS Engraving.
If the manufacturer's warranty exceeds one year, JFS Engraving also grants it to the customer.
12 MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Orders oblige the customer to receive the products. JFS Gravure may, at its sole discretion, accept subsequent changes or cancellations of orders, but the customer has the obligation to return the products at his own expense and in their original packaging.
If a (partial) delivery impossibility occurs after the order or conclusion of the contract in accordance with Article 6, the customer is informed immediately by e-mail. If the order has already been paid, the amount is refunded. If no payment has been made, the customer is released from his payment obligation. Any other rights related to delay or impossibility of delivery are excluded.
13 RETURN OF PRODUCTS DELIVERED WITHOUT DEFECTS
There is no general right of return for products ordered.
